Two weeks ago, I wrote to you about the difficulty I had with your Carbon Fiber chainstay protector. It had not adhered to my Cannondale frame, and I let you know about it via this forum. You responded immediately via e-mail to me, then sent me both a complimentary Clear Polyurethane and a Carbon Leather protector, along with matching Frame Patches and a Lizard Skins Tee.

I cannot express how impressed I am with your customer service, as well as with the quality of the products you sent me. I have two Cannondales, and now both are adorned with your frame protecting products. They look great, receive a lot of attention from my club members, plus they do the job intended.

In me, you have earned a customer for life. I wore the Tee the day it arrived - and my wife and club members like it even more than I. At every chance, I will tout your Company as a throwback to the good old days of superior business.
